General information about the apartments
|
|
- All apartments have a balcony and heating.
- Complete bathrooms include: bath/shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.
- A week begins on Monday after 2:00 p.m. and finishes the following Monday at 10:00 a.m. It is also possible to reserve it from Friday or Saturday, this is per apartment different.
- Once a week, the apartments will be cleaned and clean linen will be provided.
- During the winter, the apartments can be rented per month. A month begins on the first day after 2:00 p.m. and finishes the following month the first day at 10:00 a.m.
- In order to offer low prices per month during the winter season, we cannot maintain the regular weekly cleaning service. On arrival the apartment is clean and provided with extra linen.
How to make a reservation
- Click on ‘Contact’ and fill in all the fields and mention at “Remarks’ how many persons, which apartment and which period you want reserve.
- Afterwards you will receive an agreements contract by e-mail or post. This contract must be signed and delivered by e-mail or post within ten days.
- 12% from the total price must be paid by bank within ten days.
- The rest of the price will be paid directly to the owner at the moment that you receive the keys from the apartment.
Rules and contractual obligations
- At the moment that you receive the keys, the owner can ask for a guarantee of 100 or 200 euro. This guarantee will be given back when you deliver the keys back.
- The lessee is obliged to treat the apartment with care and to keep it clean. The lessee is also responsible for damages or loss of inventory during the rental period in the apartment. Costs for reparation or replacement can be deduced from the guarantee, unless the lessee does the necessary reparations and acceptable replacements. Pets are not allowed without agreement from the owner.
Cancellation
- When you make a cancellation of agreement, you don’t receive any money back, except the guarantee. (It is possible to get an additional cancellation insurance.)
