This beautiful apartment is an annex of a villa and is situated on the ground floor, with a very large garden and private pool, situated outside the village Almoinha, at a distance of 4 km from Sesimbra. The distance from Lisbon is 30 km.
This apartment has Wireless Internet connection.

General information about the apartments
|
|
- All apartments have a balcony and heating.
- Complete bathrooms include: bath/shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.
- A week begins on Saturday after 2:00 p.m. and finishes the following Saturday at 10:00 a.m. It is also possible to reserve it from Friday or Sunday, this is per apartment different.
- Once a week, the apartments will be cleaned and clean linen will be provided.
- During the winter, the apartments can be rented per month. A month begins on the first day after 2:00 p.m. and finishes the following month the first day at 10:00 a.m.
- In order to offer low prices per month during the winter season, we cannot maintain the regular weekly cleaning service. On arrival the apartment is clean and provided with extra linen.
How to make a reservation
- Click on ‘Contact’ and fill in all the fields and mention at “Remarks’ how many persons, which apartment and which period you want reserve.
- Afterwards you will receive a rental agreement by e-mail.
Rules and contractual obligations
- The rules and contractual obligations are different per apartment. These are therefore mentioned in the rental agreement.
Cancellation
- When you make a cancellation of agreement, you don’t receive any money back, except the guarantee. (It is possible to get an additional cancellation insurance.)
